Basic Yoga

Students will lengthen and strengthen muscles, bring fresh oxygen into your body, lubricate joints, and most of all, restore your spirit! This is a non-competitive & non-judgmental practice. Good for any level! Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a mat if you have one!

Please note that all Summer 2020 Classes will be conducted through online remote learning. 

Class information will be provided prior to the first week of classes, which is the week of June 1.
