Basic Yoga

Students will lengthen and strengthen muscles, bring fresh oxygen into your body, lubricate joints, and most of all, restore your spirit! This is a non-competitive & non-judgmental practice. Good for any level! Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring a mat if you have one!

Pre-register for the 8 week session for $70 or drop in for $7 per class. (No drop ins available if a class is full)

Classes will not meet on July 1 and July 8. Classes will be extended two additional weeks to make up the missed classes.
