Learn the basic movements that are the essence of ballet dancing while you improve your posture and balance. These classes will focus on the ballet barre, stretches, and simple movements. Students willl work on flexibility, strengthening, sculpting, balance, and grace in a relaxed and encouraging environment. The first hour of Adult Ballet I will focus on technique with the final half hour spent learning the optional performance dance.
