CORE Yoga is a high energy, cardio yoga class designed to rock your core! Get ready to sweat to the fast-paced contemporary rock music as we flow through yoga sequences designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, and toning to core muscle groups. Following the cardio portion, we will transition into Inversions. Learn correct alignment in inversions, as well as building overall strength and control in your yoga practice. Using Inversions, stability balls, and more, Core Yoga is sure to rock your core! Core Yoga is for intermediate to advanced yoga students.
