AcroYoga is a combination of acrobatics and yoga practiced with a partner. AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga with the dynamic power of acrobatics. You will develop strength, flexibility, and balance through the use of balancing poses. Learn two person poses, as well as group poses. Begin a safe inversion practice during this class as an added bonus. We need bases, flyers, and spotters for this class. Experience a new dimension of yoga. Come fly with us!
