Come get your groove on and get in shape at the same time! Our cardio dance class is a high energy, fun way to lose weight! Come dance and sweat to great music, and forget that you're even working out! Open to all ability levels.
Please note that all Summer 2020 Classes will be conducted through online remote learning.
Class information will be provided prior to the first week of classes, which is the week of June 1.
