Learn the basic movements that are the essence of ballet dancing while you improve your posture and balance. These classes will focus on the ballet barre, stretches, and simple movements. Students will work on flexibility, strengthening, sculpting, balance, and grace in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Adult Ballet II is for returning students who have completed one or more sessions of Adult Ballet and do not wish to perform.
Please note that all Summer 2020 Classes will be conducted through online remote learning.
Class information will be provided prior to the first week of classes, which is the week of June 1.
