Class Description:

Learn ways to use paint. This class will start out with an introduction to drawing an object, and move quickly into learning how to create the colors you need and the brushstrokes that suit your artistic style to create your very first painting or your 500th.

Experience these classes in Cornerstone’s Ceramics Studio, complete with potter’s wheels. The adult class will explore both hand-building and wheel-throwing. In response to a high volume of registrations, a new section of Adult Ceramics has been added for Spring 2017 Twelve Week Classes. This class is on Tuesday from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Monday and Wednesday sections are full.

Free time in the Ceramics Studio without an instructor. Work on your projects for class or personal projects -- a great way to add to your class time without too much of an extra charge.

This ceramics class offers a child and one family member the chance to learn ceramics together. Students will focus on hand-building techniques, and will not use the ceramic wheels. Class fee includes registration for one adult and one youth. Fee covers all supplies for both people participating.

Come ready to take off your shoes, to sing, dance, explore instruments and play with your child! Music is a wonderful way to bond with your child and stimulate your child’s life musically, intellectually and socially.

If you can't do it alone, work together! Family members will create works of art and spend quality time learning and exploring a variety of media. This class will encourage art exploration and the power of imagination. Fee covers admission for one adult and one youth.
